I just drank a bottle of sake but my allergies are killing me and i can't sleep. would it be safe take to take benadryl (diphenhydramine)?

Yes if sober: And have no other contraindication for benadryl, (diphenhydramine) take the lowest dose, if no improvement call your doctor

Alcohol and sleep: Alcohol depresses the central nervous system (CNS). I would not recommend taking any other CNS depressant on top of alcohol. I would not advise taking benadryl (diphenhydramine) after drinking a bottle of sake.
