Anemia: The mcv and MCH are values that tell about red blanood cells. The numbers you provide are slightly elevated and these numbers likely suggest anemia. Dizziness can be a symptom of anemia. If she has a GI cancer, is she getting Chemotherapy? Is she having bleeding from the GI tract? Both can cause anemia. I'm not sure what you mean by "small leak in the liver". I would need to
