Stop worrying: You just have smallish red cells. So do i. Always have. I don't know why and don't care. You're not at any increased risk for leukemia. Glad you're staying proactive -- best wishes.

No: Mcv, mch, MCHC has something to do with the sizes, colors of the red blood cells. Since your hb is borderline low, i think it has something to do with your autoimmune disease. Check with your rheumatologist. Don't worry too much. God bless you.
