What can i give a 3 month old baby for cold and flu?

Which is it ?: A 3 mo with cold symptoms only requires their nose be rinsed out with nasal saline. There is no value to cough/cold meds at that age. A 3 mo with flu can become deadly sick & needs to be evaluated & possibly monitored in a hospital. If you are just guessing that the kid is sick, decide on an evaluation based on how they look/act. If it spooks you go in.
