Covid: It is that they will test positive and your 7 year old already has mild symptoms. Children appear to tolerate Covid much better than . Treat symptomatically (acetaminophen,ibuprofen for fever ), hydration. Continue to breast feed.

Per the CDC: : If you have COVID-19 and choose to breastfeed: Wash your hands before breastfeeding. Wear a mask while breastfeeding and whenever you are within 6 feet of your baby.
