21 female used to have braces 5 yrs ago front tooth pain randomly for a few days as of lately when i drink cold water on only one tooth?

A few thoughts...: Intermittent pain can be caused by a carious lesion or gum recession (exposed root). If your teeth shifted and you're hitting that tooth with increased force, that could be an issue too. Best bet is to have your dentist take a look.

Sore front tooth: Could be from fracture, previous trauma, current trauma from traumatic occlusion, pernicious habit, gum/bone recession, etc. please see your Dentist for examination/imaging.
