Front tooth has become sensitive to cold water, swishing hurts. i have braces, brush thoroughly, use mouthwash, scrape tounge and use interdental brushes to keep food out. what could this be? is it most likely already a cavity?

From time to time, teeth can become sensitive during orthodontic treatment. Your bite may be a bit off during care. Have your orthodontist take a look.
