Unlikely: When staph is found in urine it most often represents skin contaminants from poor collection technique. Unless such a specimen was obtained by catheter or midstream from a well prepared female/ male it's value is suspect. Staph infections in the blood trigger infections in bone/joint/heart valves not skin rashes.
