Axillary pimples: This could be a follicicullitis, an infection of hair follicles usually caused by staph. Your physician or a dermatologist would be best to evaluate you and prescribe treatment. In the meantime, apply rubbing alcohol around pimples to eradicate staph in those areas. Don't apply antiperspirant. Wear loose fitting blouses. Clean well after sweating.
