Unlikely. minimum.: First of all, who doesn't love a good face and scalp massage? Regardless of HIV status, anyone with bleeding hands ought to attend to the bleeding before touching anyone else. Make sure your masseuse washes hands before touching you. These are simple hygene. Also if you have any open wound or skin break, you ought to tend to that, let them heal, and delay massages from strangers.

As we Discussed: Have masseuse wear latex gloves and you will be completely protected.

Latex gloves are good idea but I noted the question came from Pakistan. I have seen Youtube video of their barbers giving face and head massages and they look fabulous! However, it may not be simple for them to incoporate latex gloves into their practice?

No worries : Hand washing with soap and water before massage is enough
