I have multiple solid nodules on thyroid and in my lungs. i also have a mass on my ovary and enlarged lymph nodes and spleen. what could this be?

Sounds very: concerning, you should discuss these findings with your doctor, to be sure. Testing/biopsy if masses would seem appropriate, all could be related or from separate problems. If all same source this would be very concerning for malignancy.
