Doc found a painless mass on my thyroid - what could this mean? i also have painful lymph nodes in chest, head, groin areas. please advise. thank you.

Thyroid: This is difficult to answer without a more thorough exam and studies. The thyroid mass is likley a nodule. Whether it is benign or not, I cannot say. The lymph nodes should be examined and followed and if needed, biopsied. Sorry I cannot give more information without examination and workup.
