Very unlikely: It is exceedingly unlikely you have cervical cancer if you have had normal pap smears, and especially if you had a normal pelvic exam and negative pap within the last 5-10 years. And there is no lab test for cervical cancer, whether or not it has spread. If you're feeling poorly, see a doctor to determine the cause.
