Abdominal pain: Abdominal pain lasting for a week is concerning. Causes for left lower quadrant abdominal pain include the following: diverticulitis, pyelonephritis, urinary tract infection, prostatis. Primary bowel issues such as colitis- inflammatory, infectious, IBS. Even an appendicitis can present on left side at times.
