Many: Your intestines are in that area, gall bladder pain sometimes radiates there, pancreas pain could cause this , infection such as diverticulitis and ovarian pain can cause similar pain. Gas pain can be very painful. If over a week other causes can be determined by your physician. Please get checked out!
