Im a male 54yrs all morning i've been have severe pain in lower abdomen that comes and goes relieved by passing gas but comes right back?

While it doesn't sound that concerning, given the discrepancies on your chart, I'd err on the side of caution. If the pain has been going on all morning, I'd guess that means over 4 hours and that seems long enough to "tough it out". Get checked by a professional.
