I had sharp pain left lower abdomen that started about 48 hours ago. 24 hours ago i had a low grade fever that was treated with ibuprofen and not returned. however still pain in ab and now middle that feels like gas pain. how long should it last?

Should not be there: It is not normal to have pain. You may have an infection and ibuprofen may have just masked the fever. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If the pain does not subside in a day or so it would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
