My son, 2 and half years hasn't been well because his gums are swollen and red. i bought over the counter oral meds but too slow. the gums bleed also.

Gums: Swollen red bleeding gums indicate infection. Your son should have been under the care of a Dentist, preferably a Pediatric Dental Specialist, a Pedodontist, since his 1st birthday. As airway infections can quickly become extreme, it is important that he receive immediate care by a General Dentist or Specialist Pedodontist. Until you see a Professional, keep him hydrated.
