Operator dependent.: Echocardiogram (heart ultrasound) is operator dependent. It means the results might varie between one equiptment or doctor and another. You can have a heart echo done by the same person and equipment and have slightly different results. The mild regurgitation in your valves (MR, TR, PR) probably was already there, just not seen in the first echo. None of those results are worrisome, they're normal
