If my echo was normal do i need a heart cath/angiogram. i had normal ef of 64. only had trace valve leaking. would echo show heart occlusion?

Symptoms?: The indication to get a "heart cath" (coronary angiography) would depend on your symptoms. Echocardiogram doesn't show coronary artery occlusion. It might show abnormal wall movement, which would suggest coronary artery occlusion.
