Do not worry: My advice to all my patients is "Do not worry, but verify" -that is, if something is out of the ordinary, do not ignore it, BUT instead of worrying about the "What if's ?" see your Dr and get your concerns addressed. Having lymph node swelling while on Humira is a fairly common side effect (1-10% reported), while lymphoma is rare (<0.1%). Still, see your Dr if swelling remains after the infection.
