A member asked:

35 y/o male, can you have lymphoma if you have tenderness in the areas of lymph nodes, like neck, armpits and groin, but no swelling no night sweats, no weight loss and feel good otherwise, been having this feeling on and off for a couple of years?

What you described does not support a diagnosis of lymphoma. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.

Tender lymph nodes are typically reactive and suggest local inflammation, work up is usually done to explain their provenience and possibly treat if applicable. Talk to your doc about your symptoms.
