I have a firm, movable, non-tender swollen lymph node in my neck for 3 weeks. i had a cold 1.5 weeks ago. prescribed humira (adalimumab) and azathioprine.

See your doctor: Ordinarily, a lymph node present for 3 weeks in an otherwise healthy individual is not concerning. Although still unlikely, your history of ulcerative colitis and use of immune suppression puts you in a higher risk group for lymphoma. I would recommend seeing your doctor for an evaluation of the lymph node.
