How can i tell if my mild right sided lower back & leg pain is back or ovary? had full ovary ultrasound workup 10 months ago, & all was perfect then.

Pain: You shouldn't try to diagnose yourself, go to your doc for an evaluation.. An ultrasound 10 months ago is a snapshot in time, it doesn't indicate what is going on today. Functional ovarian cysts can develop relatively quickly.
