Feels almost like a sprained right groin & right side of lower back, also entire right leg hurts too.. it's all mild and tolerable but i get concerned, could it be from an ovary problem or something else? the worry hurts more than the actual pain?

Your pain suggests a musculoskeletal source around the right hip and an exam could help in sorting it out as other causes cannot be ruled out. Your family doc would be best to start with.

It could also be neurological, such as sciatica. The other answer is correct as well; what you need is a good examination for the various possibilities that could generate thesse symptoms. Please see you PCP sooner rather than later to address this problem
