Here are some: Without further information & physical examination, it's hard to come up an accurate Dx, but I incline to consider possible right genitofemoral neuropathy or musculoskeletal pain from right hio or right hemipelvis. So, bring the info on the onset, degree, duration, interval, & progress of all symptoms over time to Doc for analysis, physicals, testes such as CT / MRI of abdomen/pelvis ... so to ..

Think of a lumbar disk problem: The nerve supply for this area comes out of your low back. You can certainly have referred pain into the area from your back. Go to Google and type in:" dermatome map". The map will show you the nerve supply distribution. It may be very enlightening.
