Not likely: Never say never, but the data don’t support Xyzal causing those effects. What’s far more likely is that those are related to whatever illness Xyzal is being used to help treat. It’s not likely that Xyzal is causing those symptoms, but you’ll know with better certainty if you switch to another antihistamine and those effects disappear.
