Swollen LN: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/000591.htm EBV / mononucleousis typically causes enlarged LN and since it was just March it may not have entirely resolved. Alternatively small infections may cause a recurrence. You should also get a sonogram of your thyroid checked
