I have a swollen lymph node in my upper throat/neck area that is sizeable and tender for 3 weeks. no pain when i swallow. what's a likely cause ?

Infection: It is probably due to a dental or gum infection in your mouth. Sometimes you may not have oral symptoms. A dentist is a good place to start. A skin infection on the face is also possible.
