Weird tooth: Tooth my be congenitally malformed. The enamel may have fractured. It may have had a crown that has since been lost. So many possibilities. To find out exactly what's going on see your Dentist, especially if it has been more than 6 months since your last examination. Want your teeth to last a lifetime? Have bonded retainer. Top front tooth looks like it's pushed out a little. If retainers gets adjusted, will it fix it back in place?
