Pain: The best way for you to find out what is causing this pain is by seeing a dentist for an evaluation. This could be caused by a number of things and needs to be seen visibly and with radiographs to determine the cause of your pain. Don't delay.

A number of things..: Sinus issues, clenching, grinding to name a few. Can't tell without an exam, so call your dentist for an appointment.
