Bonded retainer: If a tooth has moved, the retainer may have fractured. See your orthodontist to have the retainer and your tooth alignment checked.

No: The purpose of a fixed retainer is to hold the arch and teeth position. If tooth looks out of line, then retainer may be broken or not working correctly. These retainers cannot be adjusted and correct a problem. You would need the teeth realigned then a new retainer to hold the teeth.

See orthodontist: You may need some minor orthodontic correction to bring that tooth back into place.

No: Retainers retain. They hold teeth where they are. They don't move them. Your bonded retainer probably became partially detached, allowing some teeth to relapse. Please see a qualified Orthodontic Specialist to review your options.
