It is:: time for her to see her PCP and obtain an abdominal ultrasound with blood studies. Unexplained chest pressure suggests the need for immediate medical evaluation and GI workup for gallbladder, pancreatic and gastric illness. Gas in the GI tract can sometimes cause chest pain; however all other chest conditions must be considered.I suggest immediate evaluation.
