Head pressure, diff. breathing, upper back discomfort, dizziness, difficulty falling asleep, fuzzy vision. ive had chest xrays and they were fine.

Other things?: Have you checked your blood pressure? A lot of these symptoms are seen with high blood pressure > 140/>90. You can check at any drug store or grocery even without seeing a doctor. If findings are high, would recommend seeing someone quickly as this can cause stroke, heart attack and death even in young people. Also worse if you are a smoker.
