My mom is having chest pain and burning sensation and it moves it started from the right side and also having back pain around both shoulder blade and in center and no problem with breathing when laying moving side pain increase since 1 week?

You need to make an appointment for mom to be evaluated. Chest pains which are worsening should be looked at immediately. It may be nothing more than a pinched nerve or some chest wall inflammation, but other problems can cause these symptoms, and she should have it checked out by a doctor.
