Eating habits?: If u feel as food stuck, pain burping.. it could be problem with either esophagus motility or acid reflux. Either one can be result of poor eating habits and stool pattern follow as result of upper disturbances. Eat slow, small portions, chew well, drink water., avoid sodas, More yogurt, probiotics. Avoid red meat. See MD to check for more serious causes( Dysphagia, IBD..)

Anxiety: It may be associated with nerves.At your age I would try some relaxation exercises, make sure you are eating a foot all rounded diet. A good night,s sleep , fresh air and exercise. If this does not help then you need to see a doctor to get a definitive diagnosis
