I have been having headaches for the past week along with dizziness, chest pains and difficulty breathing. my mom wont take me to the doctor she thinks its petty but its affecting me alot. please help?

These symptoms are potentially serious and you need to see a doctor ASAP! You should go to the nearest ER to get diagnosed and treated. Headache associated with shortness of breath, dizziness and chest pain needs to get diagnosed ASAP so it can be treated. At the age of 18 in the US, you are an adult. If that is the same there, then go to the ER yourself to get diagnosed/treated. Feel better soon!
