I have extreme pain in my joints, had blood coming from tearduct (went away) and extreme fatigue. no doctor knows what is wrong. itis debilitatinghelp?

Joint pain: Have you consulted a rheumatologist? Is the discomfort localized to the joints or is there muscular discomfort? If so, fibromyalgia can be an elusive diagnosis. In this case there are no confirmatory tests as opposed to cases of arthritis. Make sure you see a rheumatologist or get another opinion. I don't think the tear drop episode was related, but fatigue can be.
