Joint pain: Have you consulted a rheumatologist? Is the discomfort localized to the joints or is there muscular discomfort? If so, fibromyalgia can be an elusive diagnosis. In this case there are no confirmatory tests as opposed to cases of arthritis. Make sure you see a rheumatologist or get another opinion. I don't think the tear drop episode was related, but fatigue can be.

I get extreme fatigue especially in the mornings. I sleep 7 hours and feel exhausted still. I have been to 4 doctors. All blood work has come back clear. CT scan is clear. I have a fit bit and no signs of sleep apnea or afib. Any thoughts?
