I get extreme fatigue especially in the mornings. i sleep 7 hours and feel exhausted still. i have been to 4 doctors. all blood work has come back clear. ct scan is clear. i have a fit bit and no signs of sleep apnea or afib. any thoughts?

Do you snore? You could get a sleep study to see if there are any issues with sleep that causes you to have arousals-one such issue is sleep apnea but there are others, like restless legs and other movement issues. I would pursue a sleep study next. If that is ok, then depression is another consideration. Best of luck to you!

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water.
