If you have history: of rheumatoid condition, then the homogenous ANA high titer is likely expected to happen. ANA titers only signify an autoimmune type disease, not much more as it is ubiquitously high in many different disease processes. I would be in close working relationship with the healthcare provider you will be referred to sort this out. Good luck.
