Ive been diagnosed with ibs.during flare ups,i am so fatigued i cannot get out of bed for days.my joints ache, i feel unwell &my head is foggy.i cannot work.does this sound like typical ibs? blood tests for celiac etc are fine but this seems extreme

It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Wish you good health!
