Depression: Please think holistically, Meds can be helpful but your lifestyle can help a great deal. What is your diet like? What is your exercise level? Do you get enough rest? How much alcohol? Please see a nutritionist or someone else to guide you to whom you can be accountable. Peace and good health.

Agree with Drs. S&A: Exercise is a great medication for depression. If you can manage to get half hour of exercise each morning, it will help a lot. It may be the last thing you want to do when you are depressed, but it is very useful.
