Honestly, yes!: There are varieties of depression and it's possible to suffer more than one at a time. Some probably do need medication - many just need you to trust a caring expert CBT or talk therapist and put in the effort, patience and courage. It is the ingredient that works most even w/ meds. Aim to feel strong and accepting rather than some early 'you'. Afterall, that 'you' ran into difficulties. Yes! 'tis

Depression: Depression is treatable! It will take motivation and willingness on your part to examine yourself and make some changes. You also need to work with a good therapist.
