Had physical yesterday labs all normal except alt 48. on atorvastatin and have had throat infection so taking tylenol & advil for 5 days. any concern?

Yes: Likely related to drugs, specifically Tylenol in top of Atorvastatin. Would repeat in 4-6 weeks while off Tylenol. Also stay off alcohol and OTC supplements.
