Elevated alt of 68 on routine exam, all other labs are good. non drinker , only on bp . no tylenol (acetaminophen) . so what could cause this?

Not certain.: There are dozens of problems which could cause an isolated liver test abnormality. Some of these are not even related to the liver. Before I became too concerned, I would recommend that you have a repeat set of liver tests done in approximately three months, to see if it is still elevated. If it is, it needs to be worked up by your primary care doctor or a G.I. doctor. Good luck.
