Using additional pressure in doing a hysterosalpingogram (HSG) may allow spill but fail to deal with surrounding adhesions. Ask your GYN physician about laparoscopy to visualize the tubes and possibly remove surrounding adhesions. Embryo transfer will not contribute to hydrosalpinx. Removal of surrounding adhesions may allow for normal pregnancy.
