I had the tarsal tunnel release surgery and plantar fasciitis surgery on 24 april. i will still be in a cast until 24 may. i have muscle spasm and cramping in my lower affected leg. do you have any advise to relieve this?

Call the surgeon: You should alert the surgeon about this problem. We need to make sure that you do not end up with a blood clot in the leg because of inactivity .
