I recently had endoscopic surgery for plantar fasciitis, now i have numbness in my foot , across the heel and down the side of my foot, what's going on?

Local nerve: Bruising, pressure, inflammation, infection, may have damaged the local cutaneous nerve. See your surgeon . Did the numbness occur immediately or delayed? Local swelling, temperature, redness?

Healing process: Occasionally, there can be some minor nerve bruising of damage from the procedure that you had done. The healing of the nerve can take up to 12 to 18 months.
