Plantar fascitiis : Causes pain in the bottom of the foot by the heel or arch region. Cramping is not plantar fascitiis nor does plantar fascitiis travel to your neck.......Wearing such splints will not cause you harm.....But not sure they are going to help you in particular for anything you just described....
