if im taking magnesium 100mg do i need to supplement calcium as well? or no calcium needed when taking magnesium. i dont want to create imbalance...

Supplement: I have listened to the argument that calcium and magnesium need to be taken in balance, but in experience I am not convinced this is necessary as long as you are getting enough dietary calcium and exposure to sunlight to keep D3 levels optimal.
